Ozzie Barrinat is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Voting Portals. Mr. Barrinat is responsible for the company’s sales and operations, including end-to-end management of accounts, sales activities, service and support. Mr. Barrinat also has significant programming experience and supervises a team of dozens of computer technicians.
